Huwbism

It should be noted that the term Huwbism was used originally in the pejorative sense by a critic due to Brys’ family connection with Picasso and similar recurring themes and preoccupations in his work. The term has subsequently been used in wider connection with his work, most particularly the broad ground between the psychedelic and the surreal. It is not the role of the Foundation to justify or defend his work, merely to display it and let people form their own opinion.
